Hello guys, it's been more than a week. Well, last week had been such a hectic week with those assessment queuing to be done. But, now I will share a traditional Indonesian restaurant in Bali: BEBEK TEPI SAWAH. Actually we can find this restaurant in Jakarta, but the first restaurant was opened in Bali. BEBEK TEPI SAWAH. Bebek means duck. Yup, this restaurant cooks the best duck in town. I'm in love with the fried duck. Meanwhile, sawah means rice field and tepi sawah means on the side of rice field or right beside rice field. When you go to BEBEK TEPI SAWAH in Bali, you are really eating right beside rice fields. They have a really nice view and atmosphere. It's really suitable to eat lunch with the whole family.
I ordered their best dish: a set of fried duck. The duck meat was so soft and the skin was crunchy. It taste really good with the condiment I ordered, Sambal Matah. It's a Balinese spicy condiment contains of red onions, oil, and spice. The service also good. The waitress move fast that our food came on time.
